Envision Construction
Chris and Dustin have been in and around construction their whole life. Both brothers started in construction at around the age of 13 working for their dad, Ray, finishing drywall. Chris and Dustin are the 3rd generation in the family working in construction. Their grandpa, Wayne, started in construction by doing drywall at age 14, he trained Ray and his brothers, then it was passed to Chris and Dustin. Pawpaw Wayne would tell Chris and Dustin about working for $.50 per hour when he started out, he worked 65 years in the construction industry before retiring at 77.
Both Chris and Dustin shared a passion for construction but wanted to bring the family home to work locally and set about planning to start their own construction business. They knew they wanted it based in the Rainsville and Fort Payne area, having grew up there. When trying to come up with the name of the business they were having a hard time finding the right fit. Then Dustin remembered a story of his wife's grandfather's business and the name he used was Envision. After speaking with his wife's grandfather and obtaining permission to use it, they now had a name. Envision Construction, LLC was born.

Chris and Dustin both have their father and grandfather to thank for teaching them so much in construction and business. They both feel deeply committed to continuing to pass on the knowledge they acquired thru training future generations, supporting trade education, and sponsoring second chance programs. They are dedicated to promoting the industry and seeing everyone involved is given the knowledge needed to succeed. They have a genuine spirit of giving and caring about the people around them.
