We can provide full package construction, some refer to as Lock and key, we can assist you with the whole process from designing your optimal layout to landscaping around your completed home.
Commercial Construction
We are a licensed commercial subcontractor, specializing in metal and wood framing, acoustical ceiling, paint, drywall, demo, flooring, building maintenance, and commercial restaurants.
Pre-Construction
We will help you navigate the pre-construction phase, or we can take care of it entirely. This phase includes creating a strategic plan for the project, creating a design, securing permits, and gathering the labor and resources required.
Special Projects
We consider special projects any small construction endeavor that does not require extensive design or coordination such as tiny homes, woodworking, off-grid living, tree houses, state parks, boy scout group activities, bluff clearing, repelling, deer management, plot clearing or planting, shooting lanes and trails.
Project Management
We can oversee and organize your day to day site operations, such as labor schedules, staff inductions sub-contractor management, risk management, health and safety compliance, safe storage and coordination of materials.
Excavating Construction
We are equipped with an excavator, dump truck, and skid steer making removal of soil or rock from a building site seem minimal. We can form driveways and building pads with ease. We can also clear land, and manage streams, creeks or pond construction and mitigation.
Waste Water Management
We can properly manage the waste water at your building site. We are knowledgeable in digging and setting fill lines and septic tanks.
Construction Maintenance
We can handle a variety of your maintenance tasks, residential or commercial, no matter if it's at your home, rental property, church or your business. We can handle it all, regular inspections and repairs.
